Lily Hoffman - Non-Profit Founder & Director

Lily Hoffman has spent the past 15 years working on justice-related efforts in the government and non-profit sectors, both locally and internationally

Lily is the Founder of a non-profit, Society for Equity, which provides support to those impacted by incarceration. She has a masters degree in the public health impacts of incarceration and has founded and ran several initiatives and programs to improve wellbeing among marginalized communities. She created a department to support incarcerated young adults in New York City, and spent five years advising federal governments on juvenile justice reform in a variety of countries in the Eastern Caribbean. She currently works for a national affordable housing non-profit where she supports local organizations to implement strategies that improve racial and wealth equity.
